OUR STORY

Ever bought a ready-to-drink cocktail that promised the bar experience but just didn’t meet expectations?

We’ve been there too.

I’m Dan, founder of Sodalicious Cocktails. I started this because most RTDs were light, sugary, and nothing like the cocktails we actually love.

So I set out to change that — real spirits, real flavour, real strength.

Every bottle is handcrafted in Melbourne to taste like the one your favourite bartender would pour — only easier, and made with the good stuff you might not buy yourself.

And while we don’t like to brag, our cocktails took home Gold, Silver & Bronze at the 2025 Melbourne Royal Australian International Spirits Awards — proof that flavour and quality still matter.

Take Me To The Amalfi

Silver Medal winner at Melb Royal AISA 2025 - Pallini Limoncello with Saint Felix Wild Forest Gin, Vermouth, Choya Yuzu*, lemon sour mix and wonderfoam.

Taste: Our take on the classic limoncello, featuring authentic Pallini Limoncello from the Amalfi coast. We've balanced the traditional sweetness with dry vermouth, creating a more sophisticated and refreshing profile. One taste transports you straight back to the sun-drenched Amalfi coast, with bright lemon notes, botanical complexity from the gin, and a perfectly balanced finish that's neither too sweet nor too tart.

Ghost Tequila heat balanced by watermelon, lychee and lime. Salt included.

Taste: A refreshing burst of juicy watermelon meets the gentle heat of Ghost Tequila, balanced with sweet lychee and zesty lime. The salt rim brings all the flavors together. Fruity, spicy, and incredibly refreshing with a playful kick.

Pronounced as Te-quila Martini.

Espresso martini twist: Tromba Tequila, espresso, Frangelico and Kahlua.

Taste: Bold and indulgent with rich espresso notes complemented by the smooth warmth of tequila. The Frangelico adds a subtle hazelnut sweetness while Kahlua brings deep coffee liqueur richness. Velvety, energizing, and perfectly balanced between bitter and sweet.
