SHIPPING POLICY
We endeavour to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days (excl. public holidays) from date of purchase. We only deliver via Aus Post and are governed by Aus Post delivery standards. In most cases delivery should be made within 2-5 business days from dispatch confirmation notice.
Sodalicious Cocktails cannot guarantee delivery on a specified date and is not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery.
These timelines may fluctuate during peak times and promotional periods, but we will always aim to dispatch as soon as we can.
If the purchaser or recipient has provided incorrect or out-of-date delivery details, Sodalicious Cocktails is not liable for any re-postage fees and return to sender fees.
If an order is unclaimed and returned back to Sodalicious Cocktails, a further payment may have to be made by the customer for that order to be resent to the customer.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility that all forms are filled out correctly. Sodalicious Cocktails will not be liable for any errors, or loss occurred by customer errors. Delivery will not be made to persons under the age of 18 years or person/s appearing intoxicated. If satisfactory evidence of proof of age is not achieved, or person/s appears intoxicated, we reserve the right to refuse delivery.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Sodalicious Cocktails offers delivery services from Aus Post (Parcel Post & Express Post) on orders shipping to addresses in Australia.
Shipping prices are tiered based on amount of items purchased.
For AusPost:
-Parcel Post shipping, we estimate between 2-5 business days for delivery
- Express Post, we estimate between 1-2 business days for delivery.

FREE SHIPPING VIA AUS POST (TO REWORK)
You can enjoy free shipping for orders over $250* via our delivery partners AusPost. This is a standard service.
Orders will be sent using AusPost. All orders will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number upon dispatch from Sodalicious Cocktails.

RETURNS POLICY
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on consumable products.
To be eligible for a return of non-consumable product, item must be in the same condition that they were received, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at enquries@sodaliciouscocktails.com. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds can only be made into the same account from which order was placed. Cost of shipping for any non-consumable returned items will be at the expense of the customer. Sodalicious Cocktails will not pay for any shipping costs incurred with returns.
REFUNDS POLICY
It is the customer’s responsibility to track their order and to inform Sodalicious Cocktails if order has not been delivered. All failed deliveries should be notified to enquiries@sodaliciouscocktails.com. Sodalicious Cocktails will not be held accountable for any issues regarding late deliveries.
In the very rare instance that an order arrives damaged due to transportation, images of the damaged product should be sent immediately (or within 24 hours) after receipt of delivery to enquiries@sodaliciouscocktails.com. We will aim to compensate by refund the amount of damaged goods to the account used to purchase the product if delivery has arrived damaged or broken.
